How We Pulled Off Two Brides, Two Styles, and One Stunning Celebration on the Sand
Q: What was the vibe this couple was going for?
Harmony. Two brides with two very different aesthetics - one bold + tropical with palms and vibrant florals, the other soft + boho with muted textures and organic elegance. Our job? Marry both styles (pun very much intended) without either overpowering the other. Challenge accepted.
Q: How did you bring that vision to life at the ceremony?
We went split-screen. The ceremony arch had a two-faced design: one side dripping in lush tropical greens and bright blooms, the other soft and breezy with draped fabric and delicate accents...pure boho dreamland. It was like two aesthetics standing at the altar saying, “Let’s do this together.”
Guests sat on wooden benches in the sand, each spot outfitted with custom sunglasses and sandalwood fans, because let’s be real, Florida heat doesn’t play.
Q: What was the reception like?
We took a tiki hut and turned it into a coastal-chic dinner party that belonged in a magazine. Picture one long U-shaped table - intimate, elevated, and effortlessly cool. The design layers: white crossback chairs, natural wooden tables (no linens needed - that wood grain was the star), soft organza runners, wicker chargers, linen napkins, and personalized seaglass place cards that doubled as keepsakes. Add in coral, seashells, palm fronds, sea fans, and deep blue glass vases, and you’ve got coastal fantasy unlocked.
Q: Did each bride get her own moment to shine?
Absolutely. We created two bouquets, each reflecting the bride’s unique vibe and gown. One was structured and classic, the other wild and free-form. When they held them, it was clear, each bouquet belonged to that bride, in that dress. That’s the magic of intentional design.
Q: What was your favorite part of the day?
That dinner setup. Seeing everyone gathered around one cohesive table, toes in the sand, cocktails in hand, and two styles seamlessly blended, it was more than design, it was a feeling. Balance, beauty, and a whole lot of love.
