How we pulled off two brides, two styles, and one stunning celebration on the sand
Q: What was the vibe this couple was going for?
This one was all about harmony. Two brides, two distinctly different design aesthetics—one leaned into a bold, traditional tropical style with palms and bright florals, while the other was all about soft, muted boho textures and organic elegance. Our mission? Marry both styles (pun very much intended) without either one overpowering the other. Challenge accepted.
Q: How did you bring that vision to life at the ceremony?
We took a split approach—literally. The ceremony arch was designed with a two-faced concept: one half was bold and full of classic tropical foliage and vibrant florals, while the other half was soft, breezy, and draped in fabric with a floral accent—boho dreamland. It was like watching two aesthetics shake hands and say, “Let’s do this together.”
Guests were seated on wooden benches in the sand, each spot set with custom sunglasses and sandalwood fans—because let’s face it, Florida heat doesn’t mess around.
Q: What was the reception like?
A tiki hut completely transformed into the most effortlessly elegant coastal dinner you’ve ever seen. We created one stunning U-shaped table setup—intimate, inviting, and elevated to the max.
We layered earthy textures with coastal accents: white crossback chairs, wooden tables (no linens, because those natural wood grains were the star), a soft organza runner, wicker chargers, linen napkins, and personalized seaglass place cards that doubled as keepsakes. Then we pulled in coral, seashells, palm fronds, sea fans, and deep blue glass vases to complete the coastal dream.
Q: Did each bride get her own moment to shine?
Yes—and it gave us goosebumps. We designed two separate bouquets to reflect each bride’s personality and gown. One leaned structured and classic, the other a bit more wild and free-form. When we presented them, there was this magical moment—they each looked like they were meant to be held by that bride in that dress. That’s the power of personalization.
Q: What was your favorite part of the day?
That dinner setup. Seeing everyone gathered around one cohesive (yet wildly layered) table, sipping cocktails with sand between their toes, toasting to love—it felt like the best parts of both their styles had blended, not just visually, but emotionally. You could feel the balance.
