Full Service Planning + Design $8,000 For the couple who wants a stress-free, show-stopping wedding with zero guesswork. We handle everything—from initial ideas to final champagne pour. Full design vision, every vendor handpicked, guest flow, logistics, timelines, budgeting, styling, execution… the whole gorgeous thing. We only take on a limited number of full planning clients per year, so when you book us—you get all of us.
Partial Planning $5,500 Booked a few vendors and now stuck in planning limbo? We step in, clean it up, fill in the gaps, and bring the whole thing to life. Ideal for couples who started strong but need pro support to cross the finish line.
Design + Management $3,500 You bring the ideas, we develop the concept & bring it to life—stylishly and seamlessly. This package includes layout planning, aesthetic refinement, decor vendor communication, and execution of your design. It's streamlined, smart, and all about the visuals. A 10% fee, based on your total décor budget, applies.
Event Management (a.k.a. day of Coordination) $2,500 You planned it. Now pass the clipboard. We jump in 30 days prior to your wedding to review every detail, create a rock-solid timeline, confirm vendors, run your rehearsal, and manage your wedding day start to finish.

Additional fees may apply for weddings with over 100 guests, complex setups, travel outside the Tampa Bay area, etc. Our pricing reflects the real time, experience, and bold design energy it takes to plan a truly UNIQUE event.
We also offer à la carte services that can either stand alone or be added to a planning package — including rehearsal dinner coordination, RSVP management, layout development, timeline refinement, and other custom requests that need an expert touch. We proudly support first responders and active-duty military with a special discount —just our way of saying thanks.
